Great for pregnancy!

Love it. It is very soft and not too hard, but still has a great grip (at least for me). If you're looking for a "hard" pillow I wouldn't recommend this one, but it's perfect for what I wanted. I'm currently pregnant and wanted something that wasn't too big or hard so I could lay my leg and stomach on my side and that helps. Helps with calf cramps and back pain!
