Do not use in garage door openers
Light bulbs are ok. My husband put them in a garage door opener. Whenever we backed out and tried to close the door it didn't work. After a week of frustration, he switched to cheap lightbulbs and voila! Our garage door is closing again... Some electrical interference. So we will use them elsewhere in the house.
