The cream has lost thickness. It also doesn't absorb as well as the old formula. It seems there is a film left on my face right after application. The smell is also EXTREMELY strong. The old formula was neutral and odorless. It smells very strongly of roses. Actually, I'm not against fragrances, but they are so strong that they irritate and disappear for a long time. Overall, I don't understand what Etude House was thinking when reformulating the fragrance. Went from a great cream to a bad one. The price is really good and it's really moisturizing, but it's not a holy grail product anymore. _______________________________________________________ -Active Night Cream This is a very rich thick cream that I like to use as a night cream and sometimes during the day. I've been looking for a cheap alternative to my Clarin Multi-Active Nude Cream and it's almost as good in texture and performance. Etude House's consistency is a bit thicker, but when it gets smooth on the skin, the feel is the same. I don't think it would be a cream for people with acne or very oily skin. It is good for people with dry patches and more mature skin like paper. I find it really smoothes out my makeup when I use it.
