This hook has a modern yet unique design unlike any other hook on the market. No frills, bad taste, or any tasteless little thing that demands attention. This hook, with its clean lines and simple design, says so much but so little. We like the modern and we like the different, and this little hook is a delight. There are other hooks that have a similar design and are less expensive, but they all share the same boring square, round, or rectangular base. During our search we saw this on a display in one of the larger stores but it wasn't available in store and had to be ordered online. Same goes for the big store across the street. Necessity aside, we now struggled with the instant gratification that led us to purchase almost the same design. Glad we waited! The chrome finish is very nicely done and the kit comes with everything you need to assemble it. We use this towel rail next to the sink rather than as a clothes rack, so the included hardware is a little overkill for our purposes. Comparatively yes, it is slightly more expensive. Considering it doesn't look like most hooks available, it made sense for us to buy it. We are very happy with the purchase!
