I usually run a large size for most shirts, although there are a few brands where I prefer a medium size. Since it was polyester I figured it wouldn't shrink much so I went ahead and ordered some material. OMG, that thing is huge! I've run it through the washing machine and dried it for a very long time, but it's still too big. The sleeves are up to my elbows! sadness forever. I think these things are made for giants. I haven't really bothered about static, but at least there's a cure for it. Very nicely designed and nothing cheap. These are well tailored shirts and should be $30 each. I'm sure the breathable mesh back will help a lot in the heat. Simply order this item at least one size smaller, maybe even two. It's hard to believe I'd go for a small with a 42/44 chest and a 36 waist, but that's the reality. Much luck.
