This case proudly claims to be 'Made in America'. That's reason enough to buy. But it's a really good case, well made with good materials and careful finishing. The inner part is made of soft fabric that will definitely not scratch the lenses of the glasses. It easily holds regular sized glasses, but I doubt it can be used for deeply curved sunglasses. Overall this is a good product and I would recommend it unreservedly.
