They were out on the back deck, they worked every night until one day they stopped. I tried to pull it off, the candle threw a big spark and smoke when I tried to pull it out. I sent the item back, asked for a replacement which never reached me because 'it might have been lost', so they refunded me the money in a complicated way, it took many phone calls to get that much . The flashlights are now $20 more expensive than when you first bought them. If you buy them enjoy, but don't expect them to last forever, I have 2-3 months use max.
