I tested the tightness of another iPhone charging cable I have and the other cable has a better connection. I tried gently tugging on the two brands of cable to see which one required more force to disconnect from my iPhone once connected. This product was easier to remove. I recommend either Apple branded cables or another brand I have is Cablex (unfortunately I don't have a braided Cablex).
