I am so disappointed. I am a lawyer looking for a good bag to carry to court and transfer my cases. I've been using the Samsonite case for two years now when the straps finally broke. I used zip ties to hold it together before purchasing this bag as a replacement. The key for me was getting a strong bag with stronger straps and being as big as possible. The bag is of course large, but unfortunately not durable. The material it is made of is excellent and I have received many compliments for a small use of it. I was impressed. Unfortunately, this didn't last long. I bought the bag last week and it arrived on Friday. Excellent upload speed. To date I have not been able to use the bag. I took it to court, put a suitcase in it and there was room. Lasted all day, no problems. However, as I walked down the driveway to the house, I suddenly felt a click. The strap is broken. It looks like some kind of bolt held it to the flimsy, flexible metal, but it popped out immediately and ruined the strap. I will contact Revane and send it back. Unfortunately I have already thrown away my old bag (stupid of me) as well as the box it came in. Let's see how this return goes. What to do next I'm not sure. I'm debating whether to give them a second chance or try a different bag. I will be carrying significantly more in the future and I don't have to worry about my bag falling off due to a faulty strap. Update 5/5/2017: I sent the bag back and ended up getting a new one. After two years of use, the bag is still holding up. It was badly worn but held up to the beating I gave it. People often comment on its massiveness, but I like it. I can carry everything I need without much difficulty. Ibwoukd recommends this bag but be aware of the strap issue I had before.
