So first of all this is a great product, looks great and feels great in my car (2021 Toyota Corolla SE Nightshade). I have used other shift knobs before and I can honestly say this one is better made, it only has 8 screws holding the base in place as opposed to my others which had 3-4. But before you buy this, make sure it's the right size, my switch is tilted slightly forward, and the top of the knob is very close to the stereo range. Well, how to install it, it's not very difficult, but it doesn't come with instructions, so this is for those who need a little help. Take the black screws from the bag and simply screw them into the holes in the bottom half of the black 8-hole piece. 2.) Put this on the shifter shaft and tighten in the same way and I can't stress this enough. 3.) Place the spring in the black piece around the shifter shaft. 4.) Large silver screws go into the bottom of the handle, you'll have to experiment and find out which one works best for your car. 4a.) you need to adjust the silver screw so that the handle can be pushed down so the four screw holes on the side line up with the slot on the side and make sure the silver screw is straight on the top of your Shift lock rests on knob 5 .) Once you line this up it's a bit tricky, but you'll need to get the screws through the slot on the side and into the holes on the side of the handle. Make sure you use pointed screws for this 6.) just to be safe go back and make sure everything is as tight as possible and doesn't wobble or twist when you hold it
