I am very impressed and grateful for the hard work that went into this book. It is rare to find a book so technically appealing. This is one of if not the best pearl book I own and to my shame I have more than any other girl. The directions are clearly shown in color! The pattern is the best I've seen and it fits on a couple of pages instead of taking up space :). Many different styles of beadwork are shown to help you get the pattern on your bulky product without trial and error which is why many of us spend hours trying to achieve this. Thanks Diana or references to travel, which the author used to develop the idea. (In case you are wondering there are other books) There is very little on basic beading techniques, which is another great benefit for us seasoned veterans. Hardly a page repeats the basics found in other books. However, beginners should pay attention and buy a general book of beads. Buy this book to open your mind. This band is a PURE filet! I really can't express how long I've been waiting for so much summary information. This book enables you to find important information immediately and helps you to further develop your OWN creativity. Volumetric cubes, rhombuses, triangles, squares, dodecahedrons, hearts, stars - everything is here. Now I'm dreaming But can schools use these beading techniques to teach geometry to girls? I'm sure I would love geometry a lot more
