It's so easy for me as an Admin of our team to use it! I can see everything that my teammates are doing within seconds after they've done something or completed their task - all without having them notify us first. This makes communication really fast since we don't have any delays with sending messages back & forth between each other anymore (which used to be quite difficult). Sometimes when you're using this tool from home while working remotely there might sometimes come times where some things may not work properly but overall its still great at what it does. If i were someone who needed more help regarding how certain functions could possibly improve than i would say make the interface easier to understand especially if you want people out of different teams collaborating together. The benefits include faster response time by enabling everyone involved to instantly know whats going through instead of waiting till one party sends another person/party information via email which takes.
