Very Good Data Analytics Tool For Customer Engagement

The dashboard is very easy for our team members who have limited knowledge about R & Python programming language like me! They also give you support when ever needed so that's good too!! This was my first experience using this software but I am sure they will improve their service more which would enhance user-experience further because we are solving challenges related with BigData Analysis via Dashboard. My Experience has been positive atleast till now (I've used only one month). We solved various problems relating customer engagement analysis where customers were not aware what kind questions should make them engage better etc.,.

Pros

It provides ease to use, quick response time from technical experts whenever required as well it gives opportunity in learning new technologies such as Spark or Hadoop by just coding without any prior background/knowledge requirement!!! Which makes us learn something interestingly different than usual :) ! So far best tool i found out here.:).And no doubt its free platform helps everyone get started easily if anyone want try once..Great Job guys..keep going.......che
