Review on 🎡 TDK D90 Cassette Tape by Carrie Robinson

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Good to a point - media storage and organization

Like the Maxell UR, this tape is a good all round recording tape. It is designed for general voice and music recording. As with the Maxell UR, you can burn CDs if the music isn't as intense. (Interestingly, unless they're so over the top, the CDs might not need a high-bias Cro2 cartridge. Some of my CDs transfer fairly well to normal-bias cartridges.) However, like the Maxell UR and the Sony HF, the TDK D will not be enough to burn CDs at high intensity. If you're looking for Exodus, King Diamond, or 80's bands that haven't sold out, check out Maxell XL II or TDK SA.

Pros
  • Regular offset recording tape, optimized for excellent voice recording during lectures, exercises and dictation
Cons
  • Tape
