The image of this product is completely misleading. It is not complete at all as shown in the picture. It's a pathetic looking pillow that's 4 inches thick when not in use (if you put your knee on it, expect it to drop to about 1 inch), with no fill distribution to keep it consistent throughout. Yes I followed the instructions, yes I waited 2 days. This thing needs about twice as much filling to be usable. Congratulations to the owner of the brand. You cut corners and posted misleading photos that just got you a return and a 1 star rating. I hope it was worth it. Update: I changed the rating from 1 star to 3. After a few days, the pillow seems to be bigger. I also went ahead and put it in the dryer on low heat (which I think the manufacturer didn't mention) which fluffed it up even more. That's still not quite what the manufacturer shows, but closer than it was. Luckily I have some feather filling I can use from an old mattress pad so I can glue it where my face is for more comfort and support.
