Review on Merlon by Samuel Nguyen

The platform is very flexible. We were able to create our own rules and have them implemented into the system with just a few clicks. All communications are done via the platform and therefore we have a complete overview of what is going on at all times. As we want to grow Merlon we have to be able to adapt the platform to our needs. The platform is a bit complex but you can always find a solution for your problem. Merlon is an excellent tool for our compliance department. It reduces the time we need to spend on manual investigations and therefore reduces the risk of errors. Merlon has made the compliance department more productive and therefore more effective.
