Love this toothpaste! I've been researching nanohydroxyapatite and I have to say I was impressed and also a little annoyed that it's not as commercially popular in the US. I think that's what fluoride special interest groups lobby for and get you. Anyway, it took me a while to get used to the fact that it doesn't foam like regular toothpaste, but I'm done with it now and wouldn't want it any other way. My teeth feel so clean after use; has a light, pleasant taste of mint, unobtrusive; and I love clean ingredients. I will never use fluoride toothpaste again!
