Purchased stand and charger for my tablet. I plugged in the charger, put it back in the case and no I didn't charge it. I took it out of the case, put it back on the stand, lined up the marks evenly and still wouldn't charge. He pulled out a wireless charger, brought it to the adapter, and it started charging. Put the tablet back in a plain leather case, no, free. Your advertisement says it can be charged via a case. I understand it's not charging through metal, thick plastic, or anything thick, but what if there's nothing between the charging stand and the stand? Disappointing.
