Amazing so far! best bulbs

To be honest if they weren't on sale I would consider buying something else. Given that they typically sell for $60 at your local auto parts store, this is a really tough sale for someone like me on a budget. I am completely satisfied with XtraVisions in the long run because they simply offer the best value for money. I drive Uber and visit quite often at night. One of my biggest concerns was not only better night vision on dark roads with limited street lighting, but also the "presence" of other drivers and pedestrians. The Xtravision won't draw much attention due to the yellow/white beam that looks like stock and the fact that they're not that much brighter than stock. However, SilverStar zXe lamps do just that. I'll admit I was skeptical because the lamp wattage was standard and there's something about "blue" tinted lamps for "white" white that irks me to no end. While they look great, they're completely useless in the rain and they're not that noticeable. Especially this supposedly high performance (HiPro Power). But this one? Fiction. During the day and early evening they are definitely white but with a very, very slight yellow tinge. This is to be expected from halogens. Driving and driving in a garage when it gets dark? Oh yeah. They are crisp white and much brighter than XtraVisions. The light output is amazing, the rays aren't blinding, and the overall look and presence is definitely what I've been looking for in lamps. Sure they're not HID but they look like 4300K incandescent bulbs and they're still pretty bright. I've had them for a few days now and so far so good. Let's see how long they last. I don't expect miracles as I travel a lot but will definitely buy in the future! So far I've had better experiences than with PIAA bulbs (two failures in a row).

Pros
  • durable finish
Cons
