Review on 💜 Ultra Violet Hair Dye Classic by MANIC PANIC by Elizabeth Rue

I really wanted a temporary purple hair color and this one works great! I can go from bright neon purple to lavender to toned blonde hair. I can have fun with neon hair and be back at work in two weeks and no one will know I had neon hair. Not only does it rinse out my hair perfectly without leaving any green pigment, it also tones my hair beautifully and removes the copper tones leaving me the perfect shade of blonde I was looking for. I have shoulder length blonde hair and used it 3 times before it ran out. Of course, the first two times I used mostly white conditioner with some purple to get a nice lavender tone. The third time I mainly used color with some conditioner and left it on for about an hour. The only advice I have is to be careful with the dye itself. I would advise you to wash your hair under running water before showering in the bathroom. The color is so bright it can stain white surfaces if you are not careful. If you are looking for a permanent neon color for dark hair, this is not for you. However if you are looking for a temporary fun change with lighter hair - 100% recommend. I will definitely buy again. I have attached two photos of my hair a few days after coloring and what color it was originally. (Note: they were significantly lighter than the photos show) The photo of my blonde hair was taken a few days after I dyed it lavender - it completely disappeared and my hair turned light blonde. I didn't photograph it while it was lavender but it worked great! For the neon color I used about 1/2 cup of paint with maybe 1 tablespoon of white conditioner. For the lavender, I used about 1/4 the color for about 2/3 cup of shoulder length white conditioner. I would recommend leaving it on for at least an hour. USE GLOVES
