The concept was easy for me as I had experience with other similar softwares, but it took some time getting used too - because there are so many options! There were times when things would not work properly or do what they promised; however this has improved since then (and also now). It's quite expensive compared elsewhere-wise at least, though if your business needs something very specific which isn't available elsewere perhaps an investment might be worthwhile? We use lipScore mainly internally within my organisation where reviews can help us ensure quality control across all departments by monitoring trends etc.- i.e., ensuring everything runs smoothly from A->B+C.
