Failed within two hours - and to dim to boot.

I tried to use these to replace the dual filament rear lights in our LandRover.Initially they seemed to work but were not as bright as I'd hoped.After driving to town with my wife following me, she informed me I had no tail lights nor brake lights! BOTH sides were out.Fortunately I had to stop at the dealer for a different problem and bought two regular incandescent bulbs which worked just fine.
