I wanted something exactly like Magic Pantz and these almost hit the mark. They are a little puckered due to bad sewing in the front on the band, but no one but me would really notice so it isn't that big a deal. The big difference is I don't know about the fabric if it is different in kind or quality but my Magic Pantz I can travel with and they do not wrinkle, and these do. Not extremely, but enough where I would want to have a spray bottle of wrinkle releaser with me to touch them up, otherwise they would look like I have been in an airplane traveling all day and needed a little sprucing up. They do look and fit great and are worth the money, however I would have preferred to take that money and purchase my palazzo pants with Magic Pantz.
