It's not worth it.
Unless you're using it for a very small space, it's a lot more work than it's worth. Your hand will get tired when you pull the trigger of the drill, and if your drill is heavy, you have to deal with it. Also, I felt like I needed to push more than just twisting and letting the brush do its job. It also splashes everywhere, so be prepared. It was usually easier to clean my grout with a bucket and a stiff bristled brush.
