The two chairs are good and easy to assemble with the screws and Allen key provided. The table was a different story. It's assembled with Phillips screws and some of the holes weren't long enough to fully seat the screws. This made the table unusable and wobbly. Forcing them would likely result in splitting the tree, as some other reviewers have seen. We were able to fix this primarily by drilling four holes 1/4" deeper. The other four holes were too close to the countertop to be drilled with a drill press, but luckily three of those four holes were deep enough. We'll try trying to find a slightly shorter screw at the hardware store for the remaining hole.This should also allow us to get a better quality screw so the screw head doesn't come loose as easily.The chairs are a bit big but fit our 5 year old and our 3 -year-olds perfectly usable.They are strong enough to last until they grow.The table doesn't have sharp corners like square tables and if it weren't for the assembly issues it would be nice.Manufacturers just need to use the same hex head screws that be used for the chairs, or at least drill holes in the table 1/4 inch deeper.
