Review on 🏊 TELESIN Waterproof Case with Dive Filters for GoPro Hero 10 Hero 9 Black - Ultimate Underwater Scuba Snorkeling and Deep Diving Accessory Bundle by Dan Olsen

I originally ordered another third party dive bag for my GoPro Hero 9 Black in preparation for my upcoming dive trip to Hawaii. However when I received it I couldn't find any clearly compatible underwater filters so I returned it to buy this Telesin housing which comes with 3 filters (a little more expensive than the cost of the other housing). When the box arrived, one of the filters was clearly purple and the other two were orange and looked the same. I contacted the company and they responded very quickly. They told me they only stock the red filter in the US but they can send me one from China but it will take about 2 weeks. As I was leaving in about a week, that would have been too long. Instead they sent me a brand new kit - dive case and filter which arrived 2 days later. This time the non-magenta filters were similar but there was a slight difference although the 3rd filter is not as red as shown in the product photo. The company also messaged me that the filter would not be as red as the product photo. So five+ for customer service - the company responded quickly and decisively and took good care of me. In addition, the cost of this element, housing AND filter, is less than the cost of filters from other suppliers. "One is pretty intense, but that's a lot for a product that we're hoping will work well. FYI, the magenta filter is for fresh water (greenish). The lighter reddish filter is for shallow salt water (e.g. snorkeling) and the deeper reddish filter is for deeper salt water (e.g. scuba diving).
