The elastic waistband of these shorts is comfortable and allows great freedom of movement, making them perfect for yoga or dancing. The relaxed fit also offers plenty of freedom of movement, ensuring they don't slip or ride up during your workout. The only downside to these shorts is that they run small. I had to order a size larger than my daughter normally wears to get the right size. Also, the material is very thin, which may be an issue for some. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend these shorts. They are stylish, comfortable and suitable for every occasion. Remember to order one size larger! 4 out of 5 stars.
