Great way of tracking emails & other important documents
I like that it's easy to use and has many different features. It is very customizable as well. There are some things that can be improved, but overall I'm pretty happy with this program. I don't have any complaints at this point. The only thing I dislike about this software is that sometimes when you're trying to do something, it takes longer than normal. This just happens every once in awhile. If you're looking for an easy to use system, then this could be perfect for you! Tracking employee communications is so much easier now.

- No matter where they go around town we easily see what’s going across our emails if there were communication between staff members before hours ended up passing out from working late until 5am each night because everyone was
