Review on Mount Universal Clamping Bookshelf Mounting by Charles Collier

I chose them after many reviews and I wasn't disappointed! These wall brackets hold my Sony SS-CS5 bookshelf speakers perfectly. They were easy to mount on the wall. If you have a bobby pin, they can be attached with just two screws. If not, you can use 4 screws and anchors. They are mounted in wooden panels and I used anchors. Drywall can be the same, just make sure you have good anchors and use all 4 screws. These brackets are adjustable so I can mount them on the side panels and then rotate the speakers to sit where we sit as these are my front surround L and R speakers. Adjusting the brackets to the width of the speaker was easy and I was able to tighten them without damaging the speaker enclosure. Some people mention using rubber tape to make it easier to grab the speaker. However, I felt that the brackets held the speakers perfectly and I didn't need anything extra. While not critical, I would like a larger tilt angle. since I had to set them quite high, I wish they sloped a bit more. Again, no big deal. Overall I am very happy with these mounts. They mount securely and hold up these large bookshelf speakers well.
