Review on Rootpal by Todd Look

I like that they have many plans to choose from, it's easy for me as an amateur user of WordPress or any CMS platform in general (I use Joomla) because there is so much choice! They also offer great customer service which makes things easier when you're new at something - but if your question isn't answered straight away then just keep asking until someone gets back with one :) It would be nice though if their pricing was more transparent about what each plan actually costs per month/year etc., especially since some people are confused by how cheap certain packages seem compared to others. Also sometimes my site will stop working after being down too long due to high traffic spikes. This can happen even between different time zones, not sure why this happens exactly? But once again its only happened twice over 2 years now :( Other than those two points everything has been good.
