Review on 🧡 Dritz Clothing Care 82406 Iron-On Repair Pockets: Convenient White Pocket Set (2-Count) by Denise Davis

DO NOT follow the instructions!

This seems to work fine (although I haven't tried deleting it yet, will update this review if they fall off like other reviewers have said) BUT DO NOT follow the instructions. I ruined a pair of pants that I had to throw away to learn how, so maybe you can learn from my experience. In particular: 1. DO NOT heat the old bag. Maybe that's why other reviewers' patches didn't stick or fell off. If you preheat the bag, the glue will start to stick before you apply the patch, then move it and the glue will be lost. It works great without preheating.2. DO NOT hold the iron still. The instructions say "don't move the iron" and "press firmly for 40-45 seconds", but of course if you do that you'll get a nice brownish print from your iron on clothes and fabrics. Both old and new bags will wrinkle and shrink, preventing proper connection. Keep the iron moving! 3. SHOULD (which you are not told) iron BOTH sides of the bag ie iron one side for 45 seconds, then turn and iron the other side for 45 seconds. Otherwise the back does not stick, another reason why some users may have fallen off. Update: Downgraded from 2 to 1 star - fell off after two washes. So basically useless.

Way too teeny-tiny to replace an entire pocket
