Review on 🍵 Blue Pink Abstract Tea by Addison by Joseph Morris

My item arrived completely broken down to the plate on the bottom. Will request a refund or one that isn't broken. Update: I asked them to send me a replacement and all items were broken except the kettle and lid. Salvaged the unbroken kettle and sent back the broken parts. All I needed was an intact cup so I asked them to send me a third replacement and I clarified that they send me an expressly intact cup lol and they sent me one with the wrong plate (broken ) and the kettle was intact but the lid was broken and to my amazement the bowl remained intact! Cheers so I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because after 3 replacement requests I was able to get all the parts I needed lol and now I'm happy. I think they have beautiful teapots, they just need to find a way to pack and ship them differently, like in styrofoam or something, because no matter what you order, it's going to break. Or there will be something inside.
