Good material but runs big

My wife bought them for our 9 year old daughter and ended up using them herself because they were too big. Our daughter is a size 10/12 and my wife is a size small (5ft 3in / 122lbs). I gave them a 4 because they are well made but they run large.

Pros

The color was as vibrant as I needed it to be. Daughter at the Christmas parade

Cons

Red is notorious for being difficult to prevent from bleeding or fading when washed, which can result in leggings losing their rich color or staining other garments in the wash.
