Review on 📱 Black & Red ZIZO Bolt Series Galaxy S20 Ultra Case with Kickstand, Holster & Lanyard by Derrick Villarreal

I hate writing this review as I have had many Zizo cases for multiple phones. Overall I like the case but after my case for my S20 ultra broke (crack on the side, not quite sure what) I contacted zizo about their "lifetime warranty". They asked me to send pictures of the damage (no big deal, I wasn't expecting that) but instead of replacing the case they offered me a $14.99 discount which you have to use on their website (where this $20 suitcase is $39.99) and you have to pay s&h too. I'm sorry but a "lifetime warranty" that requires me to buy another is not a warranty at all. This is copy/pasted text from an email they sent me when I contacted them. I will no longer buy Zizo products based on this. This isn't a lifetime guarantee for me, it's a lie to sell more cases based on people who think the same way as me and they get replaced when they break. Thank you for contacting us. We would like to inform you that we offer a 30 day replacement guarantee and after 30 days your product is covered by a lifetime warranty under which you will receive a % discount code on the item in addition to S&H for the replaced item.
