Upset and disappointed, product is very bad!

I almost never write comments, but due to poor assembly and quality, I can’t share the most honest review! I was looking for normal headphones for more than a month, as a result I chose these but let me down .
If you buy, I advise you to immediately check everything on the issue .

Pros

Didn't see anything! Since there was an incomplete set!

Cons

1) I bought V2 X, especially to try out 7.1 surround sound, as a result, I arrived without a special code! 2) the quality of the headphones is not the best, since it is plastic, the buttons and micro hips have a backlash, the wire is kept on parole. 3) the sound quality is not at all satisfied with office headphones and they sound better, maybe this is due to the fact that I did not set them up? But I would not set them up because there is no code!
