5ft 9in-140lbs. I ordered a small one. Washed and dried twice. Sleeve length is good. Well over the shoulders. Fits A LOT over the waist and hips - a good 4 inches, maybe 6 inches. The material and colors are honest. I think you get what you pay for but the flannel on the outside is very thin and feels cheap. the colors are very muted. The inner fleece feels nice and comfortable. Overall good for the price considering an LL Bean Jac shirt costs twice as much. Just note that for this price you get lower quality.
