The product did exactly what I needed. Bought for a beard. Mine isn't very thick so I didn't have to heat it much. I was afraid it would burn my face but I definitely didn't burn it. It is easy to use and does not require much time to heat up to the required temperature. Definitely recommend to anyone trying to groom their beard from curly and wavy to straight.
