I am very disappointed in this product. I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife to wear in memory of her mother who passed away. She received it for Christmas and immediately fell in love with the product and was dying to wear it. She liked it so much that tears came to her eyes. She has had other similar products in the past and has been very fortunate. Unfortunately it wasn't this one. After wearing the bracelet for less than 2 weeks, the charms fell off and were lost and she burst into tears because her memorial bracelet is now useless. Remember this happened during normal wear. Now she sticks to a simple bangle with no meaningful pendants.
