Review on MoKo Magnetic Case Fit New IPad Air 4Th Generation 2020 (IPad 10 Tablet Accessories by Rodney Bullock

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Looks are nice, magnets seem strong, but it's heavy and thick

It's actually a pretty decent option compared to the Apple Smart Folio at 4 times the price - looks nice and feels good out, and the magnets all seem to be strong. However, there are also disadvantages: Compared to some other folio cases, it is a bit thicker; While the product photos show a microfiber lining that is similar in color to the gray case, it's actually a bit lighter so any oil/dirt that's peeled off the iPad screen is visible; and like all 2018 iPad Pro Folio cases, the elegance of the magnetic attachment system also means the case is heavier than expected. This means that in addition to the iPad's exposed edges (not a big deal for me as I've only been happy with Smart Covers on previous iPads), third-party folio cases are typically 2-3 ounces (about 60-90g) heavier than comparable cases with a plastic bottom, which offer some protection of the corners. In the end, the combination of the extra weight and thickness, and the lighter than expected lining color resulted in a number of compromises that I didn't want to make. . If you're looking for a cheap alternative to the original Apple Folio and aren't concerned about the weight, this is probably a good option for you.

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Minor issues
