Tried many attachments - Spinfit, Xelastec, Spiral Dots and standard Sony "foam" attachments. The stock WF-1000XM4 earbuds offer the best noise isolation, but they're not very comfortable and feel loose, even at large sizes. The Xelastec has a great fit, but the bass is muddy. Spinfit doesn't feel right. However, the spiral points offer the best balance of sound, fit and insulation. Almost like stock.
