Stimulating the minds and developing fine motor skills in children of all ages is important and it's never too late to start! I bought this sensory baby toy for my 12 month old nephew's first birthday! He really likes dinosaurs and is at the stage of playing with more advanced toys. This toy works great for him, he is really amused at how cute the dinosaur is and is really working on figuring out where the pieces go. The pieces are large so you don't have to worry about him choking on anything. I like that the parts are numbered too, it teaches him numbers. The pieces fit perfectly in the dinosaur tray for easy storage. My nephew loves that dino's mouth opens up when you put a piece in it like he thinks it's magic! So sweet and lovely. This makes a great gift for any young child, simply adorable!
