Got this belt for work after my last belt broke the buckle. This belt is very well made. My waist is 35 inches, so right on the limit of a belt size. I have size 35-39. When I tried it on, the strap was the smallest I could put on. It fits well but I like a little more flexibility in case I lose weight or eat a big meal and get bloated. So I used the instructions and cut off 2 inches. It lasted about a minute. The belt fits perfectly through one of the center holes which is how I like it. It is comfortable to wear and goes well with my work clothes.
