Very happy with the purchase. I should have bought it 3 years ago. I installed in brick on the side of the house. I had to buy masonry bolts and a drill - $6. I also bought a Y-connector and a 4 foot feed hose for $10. Installation wasn't difficult. I just took my time and tried not to overtighten the plastic nuts and fittings. I have no leaks and the product works. My 3 dogs understood it immediately. As someone else mentioned, you have to twist the supply hose to get it in. It's a little fiddly, but doable and you only have to do it once, so I don't see it as a downside. . You do this last after installing the tank and tightening the float assembly and outer nut. Finally, plug in the faucet and turn it on. The float is adjustable so you can maintain the right water level. I set it to fill about 2/3 full. First, I turn the float upside down so it doesn't fill up. It was an obvious mistake. I loosened the outer nut and rotated the float into position. Look at the picture and the instructions and you won't have this problem. I looked at some other products for 3 and 4 times the price. I went with this and it works great. I highly recommend this product.
