First of all, this lunchbox is not "insulated" as the description states. It's only metal. Second, my item arrived damaged. If you buy something NEW, it must not have any damage, not a single scratch, not a single dent, it must be clean and new. The lunch box I received was clearly dropped by whoever packed it. A bunch of crap. Maybe Revane should try to hire people who care, not people with a pulse. The tabs that hold the thermos in the lid need to be adjusted, if you put it in there without bending the tabs it won't even hold an empty thermos due to poor workmanship. If you're looking to buy this, consider buying local. At least you can inspect the item and decide if you want to buy it if you do it that way.
