Review on 🔦 Vintage Essex Cage Light Fixture: SYLVANIA Semi-Flush Mount with Dimmable LED Bulb Included (75515) by Megan Davis

Arrived with a HOLE in the glass, not where it should have been. Inside the box itself there is little that can protect the glass cover of this lamp when traveling. There is a thick piece of cardboard in the middle of the box that is supposed to hold the bottom of the lamp, but it doesn't fit very well and hence there is a slight rattling. The piece of glass broken off the side was quite sharp and I'm not sure how it came out whole and not in pieces, but the real question is why the whole thing wasn't wrapped. in little more than a thin plastic bag! Sending it back would be a huge problem, I just fixed it with some crazy glue but if my brood of rabid monkeys got to him before me I wouldn't even make it as I'm sure he didn't survive even in a box of Revain (there wasn't anything there either, by the way, and it was sent with a heavy stack of paper, and NOTHING ELSE. Unfortunately, a lot of room to slide). When installing this light, remember that you will need electrical know-how and a few tools, as well as a sturdy step stool and a second pair. from the hands It looks normal, even with repairs. Hopefully the bulb doesn't get hot enough to damage the glue.
