It worked for picky eaters. Unfortunately our old man passed away and we no longer need this product. But for a while it was the only wet food he ate. It is more difficult to get all the ingredients from the packs. They need to roll from the bottom like toothpaste. Glasses would probably be better for this, but it was better than our old man could eat in a day and it took time in the fridge. If you need to keep it in the fridge, it's best to let it cool to room temperature, or let it sit for 20 seconds before feeding. Cats don't like cold food.
