Doesn't smudge at all

I was so excited that I bought the docolor eyeliner and was amazed. I tried this eyeshadow palette and unfortunately the colors either don't come at all or are too pigmented. I was looking for something comparable to my two face peach palettes. I tell you that's not it :(
