Housing will not work in Cricut machines! At the same time, 45 blades fit and work in the Cricut Fine Point case that comes with the machine. I would assume that 60 would fit in a deep point case and work. To be honest I have no idea what to use 30 blades for and there isn't an obvious answer on the good old internet that could tell me that. The blades of the 45 and 60 are very sharp and cut well (I tested the 60 by hand, not in the case). . You will receive 6 blades in each of these two sizes. The current price is $14.88. Even if you throw the body and 30* blades in the trash, you can still get 12 good replacement blades for $1.24 each. The Cricut website sells ONE replacement blade for over $10! The makeup of this kit is small, but still worth it if you can do without it. The blades come in plastic storage boxes (each size has its own storage box) with nice padding and rubber tip caps.
