I like how easy it is to use, all of my accounts are linked together so that I can easily switch between them without having to log in each time. The reports section could be more detailed but other than that everything works as expected! Nothing really. You get what you pay for with this service. If your looking for something cheap then go elsewhere because they aren't worth much at all. We have been able to identify which employees we should monitor most closely as well as those who need extra attention.
