Update: After I started using the 2nd sponge. One day I collected the bottle and noticed that some small pieces were sticking out of the baby bottle. I was shocked because I've never tested them in bright light and I have no idea how many pieces the baby swallows with milk! They should ban this product from the market! - I was looking for a Dr. brown. Because of the good reviews I decided to give it a try. But to my surprise, no one ever mentioned pen issues! The sponge itself is fine but the handle is too FLAT and THIN. It is very painful when you hold it and try to move/squeeze the sponge.
